Chai Tea protein shake

What a jump from fried food to a protein shake. Gotta have the bad with the good right. This is a tasty treat when you’re trying to avoid a really tasty bad for you treat. It’ll fill you up and it tastes, well, like Chai tea. Drink up.


  • 8 oz. Oregon Chai slightly sweet Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • splash of skim milk
  • cup of ice


In a blender mix Chai tea, protein powder and milk. Add ice and blend till ice is incorporated and shake is thick. Drink it.
