- 8 oz. Oregon Chai slightly sweet Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- splash of skim milk
- cup of ice
In a blender mix Chai tea, protein powder and milk. Add ice and blend till ice is incorporated and shake is thick. Drink it.
